‘Support the merger of our organisations’

The merger of two seaports also resulted in the merger of the Belgian and Dutch organisations. The senior project lead at Human Capital Group mapped out the organisational layout and roles in this highly complex arena and managed the employee participation and trade union process on both sides of the border.

Result

A successful merger whereby the stakeholders are in full agreement and the organisational layout has been achieved.
